  • LOCATION : Kawasan Perindustrian Bayan Lepas, 11900 Bayan Lepas
  • POSITION :Kawasan Perindustrian Bayan Lepas, 11900 Bayan Lepas
  • WORKING HOUR : 4 Days / 0700 - 1900
  • QUALIFICATION :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Administration in any related field.
  • Good computer and typing skills
Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience or manufacturing processes, or logistics.
Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to develop and maintain business/technical documentation is required.
  • Experience with SAP & WMS is an added advantage.
  • JOB DESCRIPTION :
The trainer/ asst trainer expected to understand Goods Receipt Confirmation, Post Goods. Receipt (PGR) for inbound shipment. Able to understand System Receipt of Non-Interfaced Finished Goods and all inbound related SOP & WI. Able to understand Post Goods Inspection for outbound shipment. Able to understand Spare Mall and Gold Target operation.
  • The trainer / Asst trainer need to well be known on SAP, WMS, WIINGS, ISET, ILABEL, LOMD, TAHOE system, WUFT and each system using for operations to run business.
The trainer / Asst trainer need to understand the SOP/WI/SOW for all related task from operation (receiving / placement/picking / BSS / loading / processing / packing / DNC / DY)
  • The trainer / Asst trainer need to understand the SOP/WI/SOW for all related task from support group / OMGC / SGC / CSGC / ICGC / SUGC /
The trainer / Asst trainer should be able to conduct all the training / re-fresher training / new product training / new process training and all the related training required by Intel and Schenker to all the related staff.
  • Maintain Training Competency Matrices, Training Role Matrices, and Competency Training materials.
Coordinate supplemental training based upon department needs for professional development. Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs using data and KPIs to revise or recommend changes in instruction or delivery methods.

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,200.00 per month

    Schedule:

    * Monday to Friday
