Our client is a leading global investor, headquartered in the GCC. They are building up a new team to manage the Hard Services required for their new office tower. The office tower will house multiple facilities which will service employees and pedestrians. The ideal candidate would focus on maintenance of the premises, improving service delivery, equipment upkeep, and storage management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing activities and projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Works autonomously and independently, following established practices and procedures, and is guided by precedents and/or well-defined policies. Acts as a technical resource for the team.
- Contributes to the initiation and management of building maintenance, archiving, internal migrations, and other initiatives to improve or maintain facility quality. Develops and maintains internal standards for facilities management.
- Ensures the administrative processing of information, including storing, archiving, and retrieving documentation, to ensure that documents are easily accessible and can be retrieved quickly.
- Assist in the identification of facility maintenance project requirements and liaise with Departments for coordinating changes and issues, to ensure timely delivery of the project activities.
Key Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have around 10+ years of experience in the asset management or investment banking industry.
- The candidate should have a strong background in planning activities and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ideally, the candidate will have a bachelor's degree in safety management or a relevant certification in safety management.
- An MBA designation is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
