Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
Prepare and process employee documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Monitor attendance and leave records and coordinate with payroll.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Conduct reference checks and ensure pre-employment documentation is complete.
Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with training programs.
Provide administrative support in training and development programs.
Generate and analyze HR reports for management.
Stay updated on labor law changes and assist in implementing compliance measures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in employee relations or HR administration.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
