Associate, Loan Syndication

Our client is a leading investment bank in UAE. They are looking for a associate with a strong background in loan syndication within Investment banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end deal execution.
• Structuring and distribution of syndicated financing transactions.
• Provide structure and pricing inputs for origination of syndicated loans.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Has regional experience.
• Has experience working on Loan Syndicate Deals.
• Excellent analytical and loan syndication documentation knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
