Reporting to, Director of Portfolio Investment, this role involves:
- Developing and presenting business cases for priority investments and strategic projects.
- Supporting financial modelling, researching, and creating presentations for CEO/Board.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress and performance of key investments.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new investment opportunities.
- Providing strategic recommendations and guidance to management on investment decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing business cases for investments, partnerships, and ROI delivery, including models, structuring, and project/business case development.
- Conducting feasibility studies and business plans for new ventures, markets, and product expansions.
- Monitoring market trends, competition, and growth of drivers across key segments.
- Building frameworks to evaluate current investments, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating with senior team members to align and present investment recommendations to the CEO and Board.
- Managing and implementing portfolio investment projects from initiation to operational launch, including resource allocation and partner engagement.
- Overseeing project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and issue resolution.
- Tracking and reporting on project progress, including KPIs and formal updates.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate processes, policies, and regulatory requirements across projects.
- Managing and developing team members, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants to support strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (minimum); Master's or MBA is a plus.
- Relevant experience in real estate investment, advisory, or strategic management consulting preferred.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams or departments within a large organization is a plus.
