As a Program Associate at Amazon, you will play a key role in supporting various operational and business functions within a specific program. You will assist with data management, reporting, and coordination efforts to ensure program objectives are met efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
. Assist in the day-to-day operations of a Gift Card program including invoicing , catalogue maintenance, promotion creation and merchandizing.
. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
. Maintain accurate data and reports, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
. Track and report program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
. Collaborate with team members to develop program processes and improve efficiency.
. Support in the resolution of operational issues and escalate complex challenges to senior management.
. Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

. Bachelors degree or equivalent.
. 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative roles.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, such as logistics, operations, or supply chain.
. Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
