The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of refurbishment and new build luxury residential and other new build projects valued up to AED 200m. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the luxury residential sector or managing small to medium-scale new build projects. The Senior Project Manager will ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, delivering reports and updates as required.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage project teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure professional development and high performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Currently be working as a Project Manager in a Project Management Consultancy or as a Senior Project Manager for a Contractor looking to transition into Consultancy.
- Strong background in managing medium to large-scale construction and interior fit-out projects, specifically in the luxury residential or high-end new build sectors.
- A Construction, Project Management, or an Engineering degree is a plus.
- They have a relevant certification such as Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), PMP, or an equivalent project management qualification.
- Proactive, with a client-first attitude, and able to transition smoothly into a consultancy environment
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Min 8 years of experience in the new build sector, specifically in luxury residential real estate or projects valued between AED 100-200 million.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with local regulations, procurement processes, and construction methodologies in the UAE.
