Key Functions:
- Filtering data, handling missing values & preparing dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy & relevance.
- Data Exploration & Analysis: explore & analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.
- Data Visualization: Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand their data needs and help make informed decisions based on data insights.
- Improving Efficiency: By identifying areas of inefficiency within operations to help streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Enhancing Customer Experiences: Analyzing customer data to understand customer behaviors and preferences, leading to improved products and services.
- Risk Management: Helps identify potential risks and challenges, enabling businesses to devise strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Gather data from primary & secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases & data systems.
- Support Operation team with SPA and document generation, registration, and verification.
- General Tasks: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by Associate Director
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Min of 2 years of prior experience in data analysis or a related field
- Technical skills: data cleaning and statistical analysis
- Soft skills: critical thinking & communication
