What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor both local and international market trends to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
- Actively promote FX, derivatives, structured deposits, and other treasury products to boost profitability and meet targets.
- Manage relationships with existing and new clients, offering market insights and hedging strategies.
- Structure, price, and execute derivatives, including both vanilla and exotic products, for the sales desk.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to set up customer limits and secure necessary approvals.
- Handle Treasury FX flows from Business Banking clients and assist with daily treasury operations.
- Deliver professional service to enhance the bank's reputation.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and Central Bank standards in all tasks.
- Identify and recommend procedural and process improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager to support departmental operations.
- Actively market FX, IR & Commodity Derivatives, structured deposits, and other treasury products to enhance profitability and turnover.
What You Should Have

- Ability to manage sales and perform under pressure.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a specialization in Treasury.
- In-depth knowledge of Treasury products and hedging strategies.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC banking sector.
- Proven experience in managing corporate and business clients.
