Required Skills:
- 1_ Min 5 to 8 years experience IN THE SAME POSITION IN DUBAI.
2_ ability to use all architectural software programs (Revit) is a must.
3_ Ability to manage teams, Organising work flow, and achieving targets,
- 4_ Strong knowledge of Dubai authorities, and ability to dealing with submissions and discussions of authorities (Dubai municipality DDA Trakhees Dewa - RTA).
5_ Meeting with clients, updating them, and building relationships with them to achieve targets.
6_ Ability to coordination between all departments, and Ability to revise full set drawings.
7_ Five days work per week.
8_ salary and allowances will be determined after interview.
- 9_ Arabic tongue is a must.*

- Dubai based engineering consultancy: 5 years (Required)
