Job Description:- Serve as a key liaison between project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities for authority submissions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of architectural plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local authority regulations, codes, and permitting processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on authority submission procedures.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to address any submission-related challenges and ensure project success
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural consultancy, with a focus on coordination, follow-up engineering, and authority submissions.
- Strong familiarity with UAE authority submission processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
