Auto clave operator

Monitor and control all autoclave utilities for the proper functioning of autoclaves.

Check the filled product trolleys according to the production plan & receiving reports on the quantity and QC samples.

Perform sterilization of each sub-batch as per the approved SOP

Arrange the area around the autoclave to avoid mix-ups and warp each sterilized sub-batches after putting sub-trolley tags.

Ensure previous product clearance inside the autoclave before loading the next lot.

Complete the sterilization documents for each batch and send them to the Autoclave Supervisor.

Maintain all documents related to autoclave operation, maintenance, cleaning, and area cleaning (Logbooks and other documents) always updated as per Good Documentation Practice.

Perform continuous monitoring of sterilization cycles.

Report any abnormalities / malfunctioning to Supervisor and initiate Job Work Orders whenever needed.

Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of machines/equipment to avoid possible contamination and to safeguard machines/equipment.

Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and safety guidelines are always followed.

Maintain shop floor discipline, personal hygiene, and shift timing.
