Repair and restore- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
Mix paint to achieve desired color and consistency
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
Ensure proper drying and curing of paint before finishing- Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working with paints and chemicals
Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and deadlines- Stay updated on new painting techniques and products in the industry
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus for communicating with diverse customers
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to use personal protective equipment
- Preference for candidates with experience in automotive repair shops or body shops
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in auto painting or a similar role
- Certification in auto painting or related field is a plus
