Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafter with expertise in 3D modeling to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.

- Develop detailed design documents, including plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Perform 3D modeling and visualization to support project presentations and client meetings.
- Review and analyze design drawings for accuracy and completeness before final submission.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects, including revisions and updates.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of drafting tasks.
- Stay updated on the latest CAD software developments and industry trends to enhance drafting processes.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a drafter, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of drafting standards, building codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
