Bachelors in Electrical / Automation / Electronics / Communication.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 Years of working experience in FMCG / Food Industry preferably Bakery (Buns, Bread, Tortilla and Cakes).
- Must have experience in Packing Machines/Flow Wrappers.
- Robotics experience is plus.
Job Responsibilities Summary:
Maintenance Engineer with advance knowledge of Automations, but his job is not limited to Automation & Control. He will be involved in all issues. Must lead team of technicians. Must also have basic mechanical and utility knowledge. He will be incharge of shift from maintenance side.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have advance knowledge on different Controls, PLCs, IPCs, Servos and Robotics.
- Having excellent problem solving skills.
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot different automation/control systems.
- Design and implement electrical automation systems and controls.
- Develop/Program/Install PLCs & HMIs systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical automation systems.
- Perform diagnostic checks on system, monitor automated system and isolate problem and perform repairs.
- Install, maintain, and replace automation systems.
- Troubleshoot non-functioning components including servos, sensors, and control components.
- Log equipment usage, parts replacement, and scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum functionality.
- Periodically report to leadership regarding automation capabilities and status.
- Troubleshoots all electrical issues.
- Inspects circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Conducts general electrical maintenance.
- Reads and interprets blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Labels system components.
- Works standard computations relating to electrical load requirements of wiring.
- Assist with automation equipment assembly setup / troubleshoot / buy-off.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are upheld.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/managers.
- Conduct regular maintenance and testing of automated systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Document all processes and procedures related to electrical automation.
