Design and implement hardware solutions for control systems such as DCS, SIS, and FGS.
Expertise in Honeywell control systems, ensuring accurate configuration and setup.
Develop control panels and system architecture in compliance with industry standards.
Possess a thorough understanding of major industrial standards applicable to control systems.
Understand key instrumentation used within the systems, with clarity on their working principles.
Analyze and gather information from customer specifications, including: Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs),Cause & Effect Diagrams (C&Es),Drawings, Narratives, and Philosophies
Design systems that align with customer requirements and project standards.
Configure and implement software solutions for Honeywell DCS systems.
Develop control logic, integrate systems, and apply software modifications according to project needs.
Perform system testing, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), to ensure system compliance and functionality.
Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues during testing.
Oversee installation activities at customer sites, ensuring proper system implementation.
Lead commissioning and startup activities, ensuring smooth operational handover post-installation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or in related field
Understanding of industrial standards and working principles of instrumentation.
5 - 8 Years years of work experience in Industrial Automation & Controls Honeywell DCS systems
Hands-on Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills
