Position Overview:
As an Automation sales specializing in Automation Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and revenue growth for our automation solutions. Leveraging your expertise in understanding client needs and the automation landscape, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on automation solutions and services.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Keep abreast of market developments and innovations to suggest and implement improvements.
- Build positive, long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Generate new business in collaboration with the Technical team in the company.
- Recognize new market segments and opportunities for greater profits and calculate returns on investment.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Increase ARPU through realizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain agreed Customer Retention levels.
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored automation solutions to address their challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring mutual satisfaction between clients and the company.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales
- Previous technical sales experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Presence in the UAE is required.
