The role involves verifying the accuracy and competitiveness of parts purchases, analyzing availability and procurement timelines, and evaluating departmental efficiency in parts sourcing. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing or a related field, with a strong focus on attention to detail and analytical skills. - Cross-check parts purchases to ensure accuracy in pricing and market competitiveness.
- Analyze parts availability and assess procurement lead times.
- Evaluate the efficiency of the existing department in sourcing parts.
- Prepare detailed reports on parts complaints, including issues related to incorrect parts, used parts, and quality concerns.
- Preferred: Experience in the field of parts procurement or related areas.
- Proven experience in automobile parts auditing or a related field, preferably in parts procurement or automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
