As a Quality Control Inspector in our automotive service center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of vehicles undergoing mechanical and electrical repairs, emergency services, and preventive maintenance. Your primary responsibilities include conducting thorough quality control inspections, utilizing diagnostic tools, and collaborating with a skilled team to maintain the highest standards of service. Your attention to detail and commitment to adherence to industry regulations will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Perform quality control inspections and tests on vehicles undergoing mechanical and electrical repairs, emergency services, and preventive maintenance.
Inspect completed repairs and maintenance work to verify compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Conduct detailed checks on vehicle systems, components, and parts to identify any defects, malfunctions, or potential issues.
Utilize diagnostic equipment, tools, and software to assess vehicle performance, functionality, and safety.
Create and maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and findings.
Collaborate with technicians and other team members to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies during all quality control procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing service quality and efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic techniques, and quality control best practices
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working in quality control within the automotive industry, preferably in a service center or maintenance environment.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair processes.- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, tools, and software used for quality control inspections.
Attention to detail and ability to identify defects, malfunctions, and potential issues accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technicians, team members, and customers.- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
