Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Call Centre Engineer at RAYA CX located in 6th of October. The role involves providing technical support and assistance to customers in the automotive industry, resolving issues related to automotive products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in automotive systems and products
- Experience in call center operations or customer service
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
