Your next mission:

Ensure that each vehicle exiting our Reconditioning Center not only adheres to industry and Kavak standards but also radiates a finish that mirrors our dedication to quality and innovation, both inside and out.

What you'll do:

• Material & equipment for surface preparation work.
• Filler application and sanding.
• Primer surface application and sanding.
• Masking materials. Types and Procedure.
• Types of characteristics of topcoat paint.
• Spray gun operation.
• Spraying solid color.
• Drying methods and equipment.
• Polishing materials and methods.

You (ideally) have:

• Possess Diploma Technical certification in an official and globally recognized Institute, like ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or a Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
• Must have 5 - 6 years of experience as an Auto Painter in a reputed automotive workshop / automotive dealership.
• Well-experienced with Spray painting and color mixing.
• Able to read, understand, speak, and write English well enough to follow mandated training and standard instructions.
• Experience repairing severe cracks, cigarette burns & heat cracks.
• Stained leather color correction.
• Car interior painting.
