Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Spare Parts Sales Executive with expertise in end-to-end spare parts procurement, inventory management, and export sales. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of automotive spare parts, a successful background in sales, and excellent communication abilities. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with distributors, dealerships, and clients globally, delivering exceptional customer service, and consistently meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers to secure high-quality spare parts at competitive prices.
  • Track and analyze inventory levels to identify purchasing needs and forecast demand.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage order timelines, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist customers with part selection, provide product information, and facilitate a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Process sales orders accurately, including billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure satisfaction and reliability.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, sales trends, and profitability to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify new markets and customers for automotive spare part; research and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and service centers.
  • Conduct negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual export sales targets.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and documentation requirements for sales.
  • Stay updated on product specifications, applications, and the latest innovations within the automotive spare parts industry.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain supplier and customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
  • Experience with inventory management software and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in spare parts sales, procurement, or a related role is preferred.
