Albatha Automotive Group holds a prominent position within the vibrant automotive dealerships of the UAE. Our portfolio includes AGMC, the exclusive dealer for Rolls Royce, BMW, and MINI across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, along with the exclusive dealership for Geely in the UAE. Reporting to Talent Acquistion Manger, Technical Recruiter is responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience, maintaining a pipeline of both internal and external candidates, and maintaining and submitting recruitment update reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. The Technical Recruiter remains up to date on the requirements of the various positions in the company and acts as an advocate for new and established employees.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Managing internship programs.
- Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Participate in recruitment fairs and arrange proactively open days to meet hiring needs
- Liaise with head office Head of Talent Acquisition for participation in corporate programs.
- Work closely with Head of HR and HR team to ensure alignment with HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with local legislations and regulations and ensure recruitment activities are aligned.
- Update and maintain data in reports for corporate office and local stakeholders.
Candidate Specifications:
- Relevant Education in Human Resources.
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews and technical assessments.
- 5 years recruitment experience in automotive industry (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of application tracking system
