This role offers a dynamic and impactful position within our solutions specialist team, serving as a customer-facing business consultant pivotal to driving our sales process. The selected candidate will be fully accountable for an assigned revenue target, playing a crucial role in developing opportunities with major accounts and navigating complex sales scenarios. You will act as an expert consultant, adept at uncovering both explicit and latent customer needs, identifying challenges, and meticulously defining business requirements alongside our customers.
Demonstrated experience as a customer-facing business consultant in a high-touch, consultative sales environment, particularly within large enterprises.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
Comprehensive understanding of competitive products and market dynamics within your area of specialty.
Experience with Avaya products or similar competitive solutions, particularly in large-scale and complex communication system architectures.
Background in multiple vertical markets solutions planning, implementation, and operational management.
Formal IT consulting experience is highly desirable.
