The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Ideal Profile
Requirements
- Outbound calls/leads generation in contact centers or other Sales experience is a must (+ 2yrs experience)
- Strong user level of computing skills
- You speak native Spanish or Italian and have advanced English with excellent oral and written level to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
- You have excellent communication skills
- College or University Degree is also an advantage (but not a must)
- You strive for excellence and find your happiness in meeting your goals
