  • Position: B2B Sales Manager
  • Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving partnership sales opportunities with large organizations, focusing on selling Diva'Me's innovative products. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with major buyers in the women's personal care sector and a proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets up to $
  • 5 million within the UAE. Preference will be given to candidates with close-knit contacts in the GCC region.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2B sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Identify and create partnership opportunities with large organizations and major buyers in the women's personal care industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or similar role in the women's personal care industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving high-value sales targets up to $1.5 million within the UAE.
Strong network and relationships with large buyers and organizations in the women's personal care sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preference for candidates with established contacts in the GCC region.
