Job Description

Job Summary: The B2B (Business-to-Business) Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, build partnerships, and enhance relationships with other businesses. They play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for growth, fostering collaboration, and delivering value to B2B clients through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market segment, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach to potential clients or partners.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with B2B clients or partners, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability goals, and mutual benefits for all parties involved.
Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify market gaps, opportunities, and emerging needs within the B2B sector, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Sales Support and Enablement: Provide sales support by preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials tailored to B2B clients, and facilitate product demonstrations, trials, or pilot programs to showcase value and drive conversions.Industry Events and Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking forums to promote brand awareness, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and generate leads or partnerships within the B2B sector.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, relationship building, and solution selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in Arabic and English)
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Has a car and valid UAE driving licence
