Job Overview:
Join a leading company in Automation and Printing Technologies as a Sales Manager specializing in industrial printing and coding solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive business expansion across the UAE and GCC region.
In this role, you will lead and drive sales initiatives in the industrial automation sector, focusing on coding and printing solutions for industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and more. Your goal will be to develop and implement value-based solutions that meet customer needs, fostering relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring the highest professional standards.
- Sales Leadership: Spearhead sales efforts for our coding and printing solutions, targeting various industries.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Value-Based Selling: Propose consultative B2B solutions tailored to client needs and market demands.
- Writing emails and maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM system, prepare detailed sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Engineering discipline such as Electronics, Electrical, Control and Automation, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
- Sales Management Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Market Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of the UAE market, including its regulatory environment, trends, and opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with sales automation tools, industrial printers, and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in the coding industry.

- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and partners at all levels by meetings, phone calls and emails
6- Analytical Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills, allowing for strategic thinking and effective problem-solving.
Salary:
- Compensation for this position will be aligned with the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
