Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the consumer electronics and photography accessories sectors. This role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key industry partners.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Manage category sales with full P&L responsibility, maintaining healthy principal relations.
- Interface with sales teams to deliver top-line and net profit through strong negotiation.
- Liaise with principals for forecasting future sales and assessing future requirements.
- Identify and target potential business clients, including photography retailers, electronics stores, and other relevant B2B channels.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Generate and enhance sales of the products in new segments and countries.
- Meet with clients to support and grow sales volume.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Middle East and other markets, and achieve assigned sales targets as per annual objectives.
- Work to develop new business and growth opportunities, managing volumes and margins to generate efficiency for manufacturing and margins for earnings.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals.
- Bachelors degree / Postgraduate, preferably MBA in Sales/Marketing.
- 7+ years experience in the Electronics/ Photography Equipment B2B sector.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or photography accessories industry.
- Strong understanding of the photography market and related accessories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong thinking skills and creativity.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

-Languages: English, Hindi/Urdu, etc. Any additional languages are a plus.
