About the job

We are hiring a video B2B Sales Manager who can join our family!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B and B2G markets.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private and public sectors.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with business and government clients.

4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

5. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.

7. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

8. Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in B2B or B2G sales.
  2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Driving License in Qatar
  7. Valid QID with NOC
