Key Responsibilities

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential B2B clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing business development.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and uncover potential areas for growth. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, finance, and customer service, to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services and to optimize business processes.
7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and review partner performance, prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
8. Networking and Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a robust network of industry contacts and stay informed on industry developments
