We are looking for a passionate and highly driven Course Enrollment and B2C Sales Operations Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for our Institutes operations for online and classroom-based learning, and revenue performance of the B2C Sales department.
- Drive the achievement of revenue targets set for the B2C team by providing strategic direction and operational support.
- Monitor sales performance and collections daily, ensuring that sales pipelines are aligned with revenue objectives.
- Oversee and manage the B2C sales and coordination
- Hold regular team meetings and sales/product training sessions to ensure team readiness and
- Manage course schedules with a long-view of up to 06
- Be responsible for daily, weekly, monthly sales and the revenue targets of the department.
- Lead and manage teams including staffing and work schedules
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports on performance v agreed targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and maintain the course schedules.
- Coordinate with marketing department to ensure marketing operations and course schedules are aligned with monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate with HR and Course Solutions departments to ensure that instructorsstaffing and course solutions are in place as per operational requirements
- Ensure that the revenue & profitability targets set are met & exceeded
- Ensure thestudents retention targets are met
- Assist with new sales strategiesand implementations
- Work closely with the General Manager to solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Minimize the number of refunds and increase the group size
- Lead management system to be managed properly
- Manage individual performances of the team members
- Conduct product knowledge and other related effective sales training sessions
- Stay abreast of competition and developments within the specific location

Qualifications And Experience
- Up to 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years experience as a course enrollment and sales manager- Education sector experience is mandatory
- Minimum educational requirements: Bachelors degree Business Administration
- Experience in people management
