Back End Developer - Java

Designation: Sr. Backend Developer

Location: Onsite Dubai Office.

Experience: Minimum 6-7+ years of experience

Education: B.Sc. Of Computer Science or similar

Main Responsibility: Backend Development (Java)

Must Have Skills/Technologies (Mandatory):

Proven hands-on experience in Java Web Applications development: Java Core, Microservices Architecture, concepts like OOPs, concurrency, serialization, collections, etc.

Proven experience in SQL and DBMS like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB and how to read/write data, create queries, and design schemas efficiently

Experience in Hibernate

Experience in designing and integrating APIs (REST & SOAP)

Experience in JSON and XML

Experience with DevOps principles

Proficiency in data structures and algorithms

Familiar with frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Git, Maven and Gradle and JUnit and Mockito

Familiar with Containerization & Virtualization like Docker, Kubernetes

Familiar with Java security practices, OAuth, and JWT

Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure

Familiar with server technologies like Weblogic and Apache Tomcat

Experience in ELK, Kafka and REDIS

Plus Skills/Technologies (Nice to have)

Experience in Node.js and Express.js

Big data Fundamentals (Spark, Tez, Hive, etc.)

Mobile Apps Design/Development

Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTTP/HTTPS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and frameworks like React.js
