Job Description
Develop and maintain server-side applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, NestJS, and Java.
- Handle database management and migration for relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase).
- Implement and optimize backend services and APIs using ExpressJS, NestJS, and other relevant frameworks.
- Design, develop, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services on AWS, including S3 and EC2.
- Ensure application scalability and performance while managing sensitive data and transaction security using tools such as Jsonwebtoken and Stripe.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and project managers to integrate user-facing elements with server logic.
- Configure and maintain pipeline and automation systems using Jenkins, Docker, and Nginx, while ensuring continuous integration and deployment via Buddy.
- Design and conduct unit tests and integration tests using frameworks like Selenium, Mocha, and RestAssured.
- Manage application development and task tracking using Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Jira.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Java.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, MS SQL, and Firebase.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services such as AWS S3 and EC2,Azure.
- Expertise in using DevOps tools like AWS, Buddy, Jenkins, Nginx, and Docker.
- Familiarity with frameworks and libraries like ExpressJS, ReactJS, Sequelize, Type ORM, Mongoose, Jsonwebtoken, Stripe, SendGrid, and Socket.io.
- Proficient in testing frameworks such as Selenium, RestAssured, Karate API, Mocha, and Chai.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and strong communication abilities.
