Main Responsibilities of a Bakery Team Leader:
- Receives orders and starts production of items as per the station guidelines
- Produces items following recipes and production process
- Moves items to other station as per the production line
- Prepares items in a timely manner as requested by the chef
- Labels and monitors production/expiry dates at section
- Applies all guidelines for food safety and sanitation in food handling
- Maintains food conditions to reduce wastage
- Cleans station prior, during, and after the shift using proper detergents/sanitizers
- Maintains personal hygiene at all time
- Coordinates with Assistant Bakery chef regarding any maintenance issue
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Fills daily preparation sheet according to available stock
At least 2 years of experience in bakery production
