Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ballet Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach ballet to students of all ages and levels, fostering their love for dance while helping them develop technique, strength, and artistry.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging ballet classes tailored to the needs and abilities of students.
• Teach fundamental ballet techniques, including posture, alignment, coordination, and musicality.
• Choreograph routines for performances and recitals.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their progress and development.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment conducive to growth and creativity.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Ballet Teacher, preferably in a teaching environment.
• Strong knowledge of ballet technique and repertoire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
