Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote banking products, including credit cards, loans, and savings accounts.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Achieve sales targets by generating leads, following up on inquiries, and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
