Standard Operating Procedures
» Practice hygiene standards set as per Basic Food Hygiene Training Chef And Manager.
» Open and close shifts according to bartender checklist.
» Respect grooming, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
» Ensure quality standards in service by implementing guest cycle and preparing drinks according to records, menus, and appropriate reference material.F & B operation
» Greet the guests with a smile.
» Ensure that Coffee Bar and Juice Bar are maintained correctly always keeping the working environment clean and tidy.
» Know all details of the menu and recommend items to push sales.
» Serve Beverage and Coffee as per the Restaurant Standard.
» Complete any tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
» Look after the bar assets providing necessary inventories when asked. Respect FIFO procedure.
» Report the bar state of operation to team leader providing advice for possible improvement.
» Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
» Providing excellent wait service, greeting the customers and escort them to their tables.
» Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
» Inform customers about the days specials and up-sell additional products when appropriate.
» Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
» Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses and maintain a tidy dining area.
» Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
» Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
» Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
» Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
» Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. events or parties).
» Follow all relevant health department regulations.
» Provide excellent customer service to customers.
Must have a proven work experience in the same field.
Must have a valid Food Handling Certificate.
Must be available in Qatar and with valid QID, NOC, and can join immediately.
