Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Craft and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive customer experience by providing friendly and efficient service.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and process payments swiftly.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store clean and organized, including the counter area, equipment, and seating areas. Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Stock and Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and inform the manager of any shortages or issues.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our menu items, including seasonal specials, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years of previous experience as a barista
