Our company is looking for a Barista Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Required to be a key-holder for overall smooth running of cafe operations.
Attend to customer needs, resolve customer complaints, improve customer experience, and assist guest with orders in POS.- Manage team of cashier and barista with leadership skills.
Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with guests needs.
- Work with management to train and monitor sanitation and food handling in accordance to local municipality rules.
Follow health and safety guidelines;- Maintain a clean and tidy work area;
Ensure sales targets are achieved on periodic basis as per management guidelines.
- Responsible for all processes associated with opening and closing POS system for business.

Pay: AED4,
- 00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: - Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
