POSITION OBJECTIVE This job is responsible to maintain his section clean, organise and always full, serve the clients and ability to introduce special drinks and promote it. Key Responsibilities: - Serve customers their favourite drinks with a smile. - Master the restaurant's cocktails and mix them with delight. - Manage all requests for drinks and work happily with the Front of House team. - Maintain the required Health and Safety and restaurant standards. - Maintain stock levels for the bar when on shift. - Set up and close down the bar according to restaurant standards. |
