About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about various drinks, have a passion for customer service, and possess the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. If you enjoy mixing drinks, engaging with customers, and working in a lively environment, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Interact with guests, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes or guests requests.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar counters, utensils, and glassware.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Stay updated on drink trends, new recipes, and local alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in the bar area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment..
• Extensive knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating drink prices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Certification from a bartending school is a bonus but not required.

Candidates with a pre-opening experience will be given a preference.
