Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Base Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all communication channels with Nawy Shares customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and execute campaigns on the CRM tool, including user data extraction and segmentation, in coordination with design and marketing teams
  • Automate successful campaigns through campaign development platforms
  • Monitor campaigns and conduct analysis to assess campaign impact, producing daily reports on performance
  • Building end-to-end customer journeys to ensure seamless experience for customers as well as higher conversion rates
  • Explore consumer behaviors, carry out segmentation analysis and implement base management strategies through design & execution of BTL campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best commercial return

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 0 to 2 years of proven experience in campaigns, base management, customer acquisition, customer insights, or a related role preferably in the tech industry
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
