We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Base Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all communication channels with Nawy Shares customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and execute campaigns on the CRM tool, including user data extraction and segmentation, in coordination with design and marketing teams
- Automate successful campaigns through campaign development platforms
- Monitor campaigns and conduct analysis to assess campaign impact, producing daily reports on performance
- Building end-to-end customer journeys to ensure seamless experience for customers as well as higher conversion rates
- Explore consumer behaviors, carry out segmentation analysis and implement base management strategies through design & execution of BTL campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best commercial return
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of proven experience in campaigns, base management, customer acquisition, customer insights, or a related role preferably in the tech industry
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
