Bachelors Degree
- 3-4 years of Business development experience of Soft Facilities services within Facilities Management Company in UAE.
Should have vast exposure to Facilities Management practices & solutions.- Must have experience bringing new business, managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals. tenders, pricing, and commercial documentation.
Must have hands-on experience and knowledge of soft services like Facade cleaning, Pest control, Water tank cleaning, Swimming pool cleaning, Building cleaning, Housekeeping services, Deep cleaning service etc.
- Must have experience in contract management Asset Management, Planning and Engineering Cost & performance Management
Strong negotiation skills- Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Must have valid UAE driving license.
