Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor & Merchandising Associate. In this role, you will represent HERA TRADING brands as a Beauty Advisor and ensure optimal product merchandising across all 8 HAPPY Supermarkets locations in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking beauty advice and product recommendations.

2. Provide personalized consultations to customers, addressing their individual skincare, makeup, and beauty needs.

3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cosmetics products, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.

4. Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.

5. Ensure that all HERA products are prominently displayed and adequately stocked on shelves and displays at each HAPPY Supermarkets location.

6. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and attract customer attention.

7. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate Salesperson.

8. Collaborate with store management to coordinate promotional events and activities to drive brand awareness and sales.

9. Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, signage, and overall presentation, making adjustments as needed to optimize the customer experience.

10. Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management as required.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.

· Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a motorized vehicle.

· Flexibility to travel across all HAPPY Supermarkets branches in Lebanon as needed.
