We are looking for certified Male therapist with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist (RBT/IBT/ABAT), located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing applied behavior analysis therapy to children with learning difficulties and developmental delays in a one-on-one setting. You will work with a team of professionals and report to the Behavioral Analyst.
Certification from a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) accredited program as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or higher-level certification as an International Behavior Therapist (IBT) or Accredited Behavior Analyst Technician (ABAT)- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in the field of applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy
- Training in and experience with discrete trial teaching, task analysis, prompt fading, and behavior reduction techniques
Ability to keep detailed records of sessions and progress- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with children with learning difficulties and developmental delays preferred
