POSITION SUMMARY

The main purpose of this position is to provide leadership to the hot solution team, aligning their efforts with the Cluster, Country, and Category strategies and commercial plans. The role entails ensuring the end cup quality and consistency of beverages, while also managing planning accuracy. Also, will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable sales growth through the efficient distribution of high-quality beverages, acquiring new customers, and continuously improving processes. Additionally, the position requires maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards to uphold the highest levels of quality and integrity.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Develop and drive business enablers as articulated in the country's Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) and Operational Master Plan (OMP). Ensure governance through the Monthly Business Planning Cycle (MBPC).
- Responsible for achieving sales targets by planning customer engagements, adhering to the forecast, considering lead times, and remaining within the budgeted trade expenses/investments. Additionally, taking corrective actions for underperforming machines to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Lead, coach, provide regular feedback, and recognize the efforts and results of the team, including both Nestle employees and distributor staff.
- Support in building key customer relationships for sustainable business growth, including conducting joint business plans (JBP).
- Implement effective spending strategies, optimize the lead generation process, and create new opportunities with existing customers through menu ideation, new product penetration, and expanding customer coverage.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and processes.
- Contribute to the trade asset management cycle by ensuring flawless execution of the trade assets placement plan.
- Responsible for managing third-party suppliers in alignment with NP TAM Best Practices for trade assets management activities.
- Implement best practices for trade assets management and develop the operations team in the region.
- Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement within the business. Optimize the sales and service structure in the operation.
What will make you successful
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in key accounts, trade asset, or category management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field.
- Strong experience in Sales, Marketing experience is a plus.
- Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results.
- Distributor & 3rd party service providers management experience.
- Experience in food and beverage industry with CAPEX and Trade Assets is a plus.
- Demonsterated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams in a high-performance work environment.
- Ability to coordinate across to drive business intimacy with the Global and Regional out of home (OOH) customers.
- Excellent Analytical / Microsoft skills, previous exposure to SAP ERP system is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with previous experience in managing a team.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
- Valid driving license.
