Job Description

We require a suitable BICSc Trainer/Roaming Assessor (Licensed) for our Abu Dhabi site.
  • Job Knowledge

  • Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in soft services, with in-depth knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning Standard Operating Procedure.

  • Extensive experience managing substances per SDS and COSHH best practices.

  • Expertise in handling various cleaning equipment, machinery, and materials.

  • Good understanding of QHSE and sustainability, with strong health and safety knowledge.

  • Exceptional communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • BICSc Centre Management, Training/Assessment

  • Maintain records and inventory, manage Material Requisitions (MR) promptly.

  • Ensure equipment and materials for demonstrations meet industry standards.

  • Develop and manage the training schedule per the BICSc syllabus, guiding assessors effectively.

  • Deliver BICSc training and assessments, ensuring understanding and assisting with audit report reviews.

  • Coordinate BICSc training and assessments for LTP and CPSS certifications; maintain audit records.

  • Collaborate with BICSc on CPSS and LTP Cards and support an accreditation training member audit.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
