We require a suitable
BICSc Trainer/Roaming Assessor (Licensed) for our
Abu Dhabi site.- Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in soft services, with in-depth knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning Standard Operating Procedure.
- Extensive experience managing substances per SDS and COSHH best practices.
- Expertise in handling various cleaning equipment, machinery, and materials.
- Good understanding of QHSE and sustainability, with strong health and safety knowledge.
- Exceptional communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- BICSc Centre Management, Training/Assessment
- Maintain records and inventory, manage Material Requisitions (MR) promptly.
- Ensure equipment and materials for demonstrations meet industry standards.
- Develop and manage the training schedule per the BICSc syllabus, guiding assessors effectively.
- Deliver BICSc training and assessments, ensuring understanding and assisting with audit report reviews.
- Coordinate BICSc training and assessments for LTP and CPSS certifications; maintain audit records.
- Collaborate with BICSc on CPSS and LTP Cards and support an accreditation training member audit.
