Job Description
1- Identify project scope , project constrains and customer expectations and major risks.
2- Making site survey to indicate scope of work and prepare minutes of meeting document
3- Study the possible solutions and determine bill of materials according to client requirements
4- Ability to select the correct materials required for various projects (LV/MV Switchgear MCCs LVDBs ACCs IO instruments Transformers Cables Cable routing Field equipment)
5- Assisting in project developing including technical & commercial terms
6- Supporting sales requests through mails or outdoor meetings to listen to customer requirements and offer solutions.
7- Lead and manage a team of bid and proposal professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success. Set clear goals, assign tasks, and monitor progress to achieve desired outcomes.
8- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements. Ensure that proposals effectively communicate the organization's value proposition and address client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
1- Bachelor's degree in Electric Power And Machines Engineering.
2- MBA, PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
3- Strong understanding of the bidding process, proposal development, and project management principles
4- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
5- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6- Ability to work on his own and as a team member.
7- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
9- Time management skills.
10- Proven experience 0f 10 years in bid and proposal management, preferably in a leadership role
