Program Structure
We have an exciting 12-month graduate program opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in management consulting. The Bidayah program develops, motivates, and inspires the most talented and distinguished university students in Saudi Arabia to achieve their full potential.
Upon joining us, you will take part in a regional induction program to help you become familiar with A&M as a business, its brand, its values, its work, and its systems and processes. Upon completing the induction and technical training, you'll be working alongside other ambitious professionals with the opportunity to travel across the region. We will continue to invest in your career growth, helping you develop and grow your skills and knowledge. During your graduate program, you will get exposure to multiple clients from different industries. After completing the program, there is an opportunity to apply for a full-time role at A&M Middle East.

About You
If you are a highly-motivated and ambitious fresh graduate, with a passion for making a positive impact, we are looking for you. You will be an active part of the team supporting on a variety of projects for our Middle East operations and A&Ms clients. We look for enthusiastic, driven Saudi nationals who graduated less than 12 months before the program starts, with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or any other related field from any university with high academic standards.
As part of the program, you will:

depending on your interests and educational background, you will gain exposure to:
strategy and performance improvement consulting and industry network such as healthcare, banking & finance, retail, F&B, education, telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, energy, consumer goods, transport, and business services
defining and redefining strategy, planning, and executing transformation, and navigating complex merger integrations and carve-outs
all aspects of investigative consulting
financial and/or operational restructuring, that requires undertaking financial analysis in a time pressured situation
work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Saudi Arabia, UAE and across the Middle East and internationally, working closely with our senior team members
work on client engagements either in the office or on client site (when possible)
develop company and industrial analyses
support research initiatives and new business development

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a high performing self-starter and creative problem solver with the ambition and desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture. In addition, we are looking for people who have/are:
Saudi national
A fresh graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or any other related field with high academic standards from an accredited top-tier university
A minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5 or 2.50 out of 4 or equivalent
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory. You will be required to demonstrate a business level knowledge of English when communicating (both written and verbal).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset, determined to consistently meet and exceed goals
Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
The ability to research, analyse & present material clearly
Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Essential Soft Skills:
Ability to work well independently and collaborate within a team
Ability to take initiative, be pro-active and involved in executive business dealings
High ethical standards and integral
A high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information at maximum discretion
Action-orientated and a self-starter.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend virtual and in-person interviews consisting of a combination of competency-based interviews and case studies testing their analytical problem-solving skills in a variety of topics.
